Review of 2022 – a year of growth and innovation

Munich, January 2023

2022 was a year of transition for AssetMetrix and indeed our industry. With the resumption of pre-epidemic ritual and routine in regard to meetings, we realigned the balance between remote and on-premise working. Both our clients and colleagues have shown real joy in being able to come together again at the main industry events clearly showing that presence is still of great value.

We witnessed a successful start into 2022 with our company winning the “Best Accounting and Reporting Solution Provider” Private Equity Wire European Award. We also saw strong growth from existing clients, extending our solutions and services to tackle more of their private market challenges. Additionally, we managed to get new clients on board from Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg and the UK. The past year also brought continued growth in onboarded clients through our cooperation with BNP Paribas Securities Services, providing the best proof of concept for our Technology-as-a-Service.

We couldn’t have done all of this at the pace and quality provided if it wasn’t for our excellent team. As the year has ended, we look back at how AssetMetrix continued to grow, making our team even more international and diverse, with more than 25 new colleagues joining us in 2022. Our Luxembourg office was strengthened by our new Deputy Head of Technology, whose focus is on further enhancing technology adoption in Luxembourg and beyond. This clearly marks the company’s commitment to technology, innovation and continuous improvement.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our clients and partners for trusting us to help increase their efficiency and face their middle office challenges head on. Thank you to our entire team, which has worked tirelessly to ensure our customers receive the quality of service they expected.

I look forward to 2023 and wish everyone a healthy, successful and prosperous year ahead!
